Introducing

THE FIN FUEL VAPORIZER

The Fin

Harness the power of nature and lower the emissions on your internal combustion engine by as much as 50 to 90%!!!

The FIN FUEL VAPORIZER works on any gasoline, ethanol, methanol, natural gas and propane internal combustion engine with an intake manifold ( wet or dry ) that will accommodate THE FIN FUEL VAPORIZER.

Remember High School science class were they taught you that a liquid will not burn? Well that goes for your engine also. The job of the carburetor or fuel injector is to atomize and vaporize the fuel so it can burn properly, expand and push the piston creating power at the crankshaft. Obviously the fuel system only does a somewhat adequate job of vaporizing and as such the engine creates unwanted emissions. Things can be different! By creating a turbulence without restriction the droplets of partially atomized liquid fuel can be almost totally converted to a burnable vapor. When THE FIN FUEL VAPORIZER is installed properly you can see immediate results. The spark plugs turn white, idle becomes smoother and the engine becomes quieter. Better vaporizing means less left over fuel and vapors burn more evenly during combustion. Automotive engineers call the left over fuel “end gas” which is very descriptive because it is actually the liquid remaining in the combustion chamber after combustion takes place. You can easily visualize what that liquid will do to the ring lube and sealing, not to mention the added oil dilution and subsequent engine damage. The “end gas” also creates excess exhaust emissions.

The major components of exhaust emissions that contribute to the Greenhouse Effect are:

Gas Mask

Carbon monoxide CO- A colorless, odorless and tasteless gas. Inhalation of air with a volumetric concentration of 0.3% carbon monoxide can result in death within 30 minutes. The CO-content of the exhaust gas at idle is especially high.

Carbon dioxide CO2- the result of fuel combustion is now considered a major contributor to the Greenhouse Effect.

Nitrogen monoxide NO- ( NO and NO2 are generally referred to collectively as oxides of nitrogen Nox). A colorless, tasteless and odorless gas; in air it is gradually converted into NO2. Pure NO2 is a poisonous, reddish-brown gas with a penetrating odor.

Hydrocarbons HC- present in exhaust gasses in a variety of forms. When exposed to sunlight and nitrous oxide, they react to form oxidants which irritate the mucous membranes. Some hydrocarbons are considered to be carcinogenic.

Particulate: (particulate matter) are defined as all substances (

except unbound water) which under

normal conditions are present in exhaust

gasses in a solid (ash, carbon) or liquid state.

My first prototype was a 1993 VW Jetta with a 2.0 engine. I got the state inspection station to test the emissions as per the ASM 5015 Enhanced Emissions Test. That means for an OBD1 system on rollers with the sniffer in the exhaust pipe. The results were spectacular! The standard for Nox is 1088, the reading was 13, for HC 141 the reading was 61, for CO% 0.79 the reading was 0.14. This test does not cover CO2. My inspector friend joked that I turned my Jetta into a Honda. Two years later I had it tested again and it got even cleaner.

The most recent testing has been done on an engine dyno using a circle track engine running on methanol. We spent the first day optimizing the engine mixture , timing, valve adjustment, etc. The second day all we did was add THE FIN FUEL VAPORIZER. Immediately the exhaust gas temperature dropped 200 degrees. The third day we tried more adjustments and found that the biggest gains came from retarding the timing 5 degrees. The engine picked up 10% torque and it came in 1000 RPM earlier. The fuel was being vaporized so much better that the engine didn’t need as much timing advance to burn the mixture.

High compression can be the racers best friend or worst enemy. THE FIN FUEL VAPORIZER can always make it your friend, because the more complete vaporizing the more compression you can apply. Pre-ignition occurs when the “end gas” reaches ignition temperature and burns instantaneously without regular flame propagation. “ End gas” will be minimal with THE FIN.

I think it’s time we all take personal responsibility for the amount of Green House Gasses we put into our environment and with

THE FIN FUEL VAPORIZER ...we can.

So whether you’re a back yard mechanic or a professional, you can make a difference.

THE FIN FUEL VAPORIZER comes as an instillation kit which includes 8 fins, (stainless steel, aluminum or polycarbonate depending on application) a drill bit, two part epoxy and instructions for only $50.00 (plus $15.00 shipping and handling.)
